Chisel Records is an online record store based out of London Ontario.  We stock music in various genres, but mostly we stock stuff that falls into the punk rock,  indie rock, soul and folk genres.  The majority of the vinyl we stock is put out by independent artists and labels.  If you are in a band or run a label and would like your titles available at Chisel Records, shoot an email to andrew@chiselrecords.com.

We now have created four basic genres that you can browse through.  This is helpful for people looking for titles in a specific genre.  For instance, someone looking for some great soul music but wasn’t so interested in the punk rock stuff, they could save themselves the time and just look at the “Soul” section.  Keep in mind that some stuff falls into more than one of these categories ( I tried my best to keep it to a minimum) and some stuff falls into none of these.  I figured if I branched out any more, things would get crazy with way too many genres and sub genres.  So we loosely fit most of the music we stock in these categories – PUNK, ROCK, FOLK and SOUL.

There is a “featured artist” section where we will put some stuff we are currently enjoying.  This page will change from time to time.
